JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a high-end Construction and Property Management Company actively recruiting for a Purchasing and Inventory Manager who can learn, setup and implement an inventory system of all project consumables, equipment, tools, etc with Toolhound software.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Purchasing and Inventory Manager will maintain the organization’s inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements. This role involves overseeing the procurement of office supplies and crew consumables for various departments, as well as managing inventory across multiple locations.

FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE AND A CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND A PLUS.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors.
• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Perform periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
• Obtain materials as needed for the jobsite from purchasing to receiving to inventorying each item received.
• Enter all purchases you make into Quickbooks.
• Return any materials for return or repair, obtain RMAs if needed.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
