Description The Purchasing & Maintenance Facilities Assistant will assist with facilities needs across our offices. This role combines light facilities/handyman tasks with courier responsibilities, supporting our team with efficient, courteous service. Duties include: Make courier runs between office locations, ensuring timely and secure delivery of supplies and equipment. Perform basic handyman and facilities tasks, including minor repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep. Support office operations such as stocking supplies, setting up work spaces, and assisting with other projects as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in shared spaces. Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Able to troubleshoot issues. Interact with team members in a professional and friendly manner, providing responsive and courteous support. Normally works less than 24 hours per week. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods. Capability to safely climb small ladders or step stools for basic maintenance tasks. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors when required (e.g., moving items, maintenance).
