Job Description The Purchasing Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing all procurement activities. This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost savings and efficiency. The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in establishing a robust and transparent procurement framework that supports Hotel's strategic objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in the same position. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in purchasing and inventory management software.
