Description
1. Provide leadership direction to the team in the GSCCoE, building a scalable and capable organization through the development and deployment of standard processes across all businesses. These should be accepted by business stakeholders (network planning, SIOP, etc.) as the benchmark solution driving standardization and simplification for material management. 3. Drive collaboration and shared purpose across the network planning organization, SIOP, and operations to achieve COE goals. 4. Provide leadership to Leaders of people to manage and develop buyers and team leaders for a network. 5. Build organizational capability through development plans, mentoring, driving accountability, cross-training, and succession planning. 6. Responsible for delivering KPIs, namely ERP Health, PO Management, Past Dues, SOTD, Invoice Management, and risk escalation. 7. Drive key initiatives of the Materials COE Goals & priorities in People, Processes, and Tools. Drive digitalization to bring more efficiency. 8. Enable the team to own and drive business impact goals such as On-Time Delivery, past due reduction, and collaborate with Inventory Specialists to identify opportunities to reduce inventory. 9. Network Collaboration: Work closely with the network stakeholders, monitor KPIs, voice of customer through periodic meetings, and ensure timely resolution to stakeholder queries/feedback, etc. 10. This role will be responsible for adhering to the transition process of all operational buyer roles to CoE and identifying any risk by collaborating with the Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial. Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic), Business Administration, Finance, International Business or related areas. Preferable a Master Degree (MCB) or post graduated certification in Fully Bilingual: English/Spanish PC Knowledge: Microsoft Office (365), SAP/ MFG Pro/ Oracle will be added advantage & Kinaxis Understanding Strong communication skills necessary to converse with diverse group of stakeholders including senior management, operations and Supply Chain Management personnel Customer service orientation Competencies: Drive for Results, Digital mindset, Makes Decision / Solve Problems, Building organizational capabilities.
