Description The Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the reliable supply of products and materials sourced from external suppliers. This position is a full-time on-site role supporting the day-to-day execution of Newton Beverage Solutions’ strategic supply chain vision. This includes a strong emphasis on developing preferred supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in the following areas: Supplier quality Supplier delivery Supplier landed cost YOY reduction Supplier engagement (LeanDNA supplier portal utilization, TWC, tariff mitigation, etc.) Requirements Procurement, planning, and inventory management skills Proficiency in Intelligent Supply Chain Execution Platform LeanDNA a plus Supply chain management and logistics expertise Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fields Minimum of 10 year's supply chain experience
