Your tasks:

• Maintenance and management of our master data
• Order verification
• Creating and maintaining new items in the merchandise management system
• Supporting the purchasing team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Close collaboration with internal departments and our China office
• Review and processing of data and information with high quality standards
• Participation in the optimization of purchasing processes

Our requirements for you:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk or a comparable qualification
• A good understanding of numbers and a meticulous work ethic.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different contacts.
• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
