• Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate the best prices and terms.
• Compare quotations and control purchasing costs.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of required materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Maintain purchase orders, supplier records, and procurement documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• F&B / Food Production / Catering / FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of food products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Good Excel/MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
