We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for the procurement of items by using Birchstreet System and ensuring timely delivery, conformity to specifications and most competitive pricing. Key Accountabilities Ensures that the Group Purchasing Tendering Policy (PTP) is being adhered to when doing the procurement process. Ensures that the item conforms to the required standards of quality and quantity at the lowest possible cost. Ensures that all samples sent to end users have forms to fill it up if the item is approved or not. Encodes all new items in BSS for all approved samples provided by vendors. Ensure that all REQs and POs will be sent to vendors daily. General Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Analytical, with good business acumen Influential, a good persuader We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
