Job Description Follow up company purchasing request and update system accordingly SAP. Prepare purchase orders Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders Searching new suppliers and arranging with current suppliers for price quotations. Follow up company orders to ensure delivery on time and any change over time. Ensure the desired quality provided by supplier as well as communicate any problems to find a solution Ensure preparing and receiving all documents in line with valid laws. Follow up with suppliers, shippers and clearance on different matters and ensure delivery time. Ensure and follow up proper payments between the company and suppliers. Collaborate with other departments to identify or qualify new suppliers Maintain records and documents keeping properly Follow up company procurement plans. Perform other related tasks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role Excellent communication skills English language skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as finance, logistics, and operations. Excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Additional Information Knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and inventory control Knowledge or experience in using SAP Relevant certifications or diplomas in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management would be an advantage This Job for Jordanian nationality
