JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Entering transactions and maintaining inventory data in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
• Negotiate pricing, request quotes, setup new vendor accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding orders.
• Source products and substitutes.
• Run MRP weekly to replenish stock.
• Maintain item data in ERP system.
• Performing stock transfers between the warehouse and floor stock locations.
• Oversee cycle counts on inventory as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of secondary school required.
• 5 years of ERP systems experience
• 2 years of MRP experience
• Warehousing experience an asset
• Experience in Manufacturing an asset

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Keen attention to detail and tidiness a must.
• Proficient in mathematics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and assign priorities.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Expected hours: 40 per week
