Job Description Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture. About this opportunity To support the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services by managing purchasing activities in line with organisational policies and supplier agreements. The role ensures timely supply, accurate documentation, and strong supplier relationships to meet operational needs while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance across the procurement function. Your key responsibilities will be to: Prepares orders and purchases goods, materials and services, arranging approval as per organisational policy. Conducts supplier evaluations and cost comparisons to support value-based purchasing decision Receives delivery of purchases and verifies goods against invoice and purchase orders – report discrepancies and coordinate resolution with supplier Creates and maintains accurate procurement documentation and records to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards Collaborates with and leverages the Group Procurement Team for effective sourcing and cost improvement opportunities Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you’ll have: Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience highly regarded. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract compliance. Ability to interpret and apply organisational purchasing policies and procedures. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
