Job Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Comparing and evaluating quotation from supplier.
• Make sure delivery and distribution process according to PO schedule.
• Monitor purchasing operations to ensure compliance with KPI and SOP.
• Conduct supplier/ vendors evaluation.
• Prepare monthly purchasing report and outstanding PO
• Establish good cooperation with other departments.
• D3/ S1 in Logistic Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Purchasing officer.
• Preferably experience in coal mining industry.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and familiar with ISO 9001.
• Computer literate preferably familiar with ERP system.
