We love shaping malls. Our new Purchasing Officer will play a central role in supporting our shopping center teams and the rest of the organization in the purchasing process, ensuring compliance and fair pricing while bridging the gap between technical requirements and commercial strategies. The role is hands-on and is responsible for the execution of the purchasing strategy, including supporting on tender briefs, technical specifications and reporting to Group Purchasing team. It is therefore very important that you are service-minded, yet able to set a clear direction and take control of a process. You will serve as first point of contact for our operational teams in our shopping centers that need support on the purchasing process. Together with the centers, you will develop roadmaps and strategies for contract management and purchasing compliance, both related to OPEX and CAPEX purchases. The Purchasing Officer will be supporting the Head of Purchasing with the implementation and follow-up of the Group Purchasing Policy, implementing best practices and sharing know-how regarding procurement and contract management. The Purchasing Officer will benefit from being a service-minded team player. The Purchasing Officer will not only be working with Scandinavian colleagues, but also be part of a European Purchasing team. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable communicating in English. RESPONSIBILITIES Together with the Head of Purchasing, as a Purchasing Officer your perimeter of responsibilities will include: Lead sourcing and tender activities, including negotiation, evaluation, selection, and agreement with suppliers for main operational contracts (cleaning, facility management, security etc.) Support with technical descriptions and briefs in tender process Provide hands-on support for the organization when launching a sourcing process Train users in operational procurement processes and host training and retraining sessions Monitor and track purchasing across the organization, preparing reports and presentations on progress and local sourcing activities towards Group Purchasing Partner with managers across business groups and corporate functions to align needs, unlock savings and manage supplier risk Support implementation of Group Purchasing Policy and governance, ensuring compliance and alignment with Klépierre’s commercial, legal and sustainability priorities Work with key stakeholders and purchasing colleagues in Klépierre to develop effective strategies and roadmaps for local implementation of Group Purchasing Policy WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR You preferably have a relevant degree in business, supply chain, or similar. You are recognized for your stakeholder management, structure and organization and project management skills. You are curious, proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills. You have a perfect command of English as well as one Scandinavian language, both written and oral. We are looking for you, if you have: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 1-3 years or more of relevant experience from a procurement matrix setup with different types of stakeholders Knowledge of operational procurement processes Proven record of strong project management skills and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, incl. PowerPoint and Excel Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Technically savvy with a good understanding of technical maintenance Time Management: ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage international interactions.
