Description

Position Title: Outsourcing Coordinator
Location: Warwick, RI
Starting Pay for position: $19.00/hour
Hours: M-F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM EST

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift 10-50 lbs. multiple times a day
  • Ability to travel around the office and the factory briskly, several times per day
Responsibilities
  • High volume of data entry to maintain accurate internal records regarding the current location and status of outsourced materials & precious metals
  • Timely distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing product
  • Receive product from the production floor; accurate sending & receiving of orders from internal departments and external vendors; unpack and distribute orders to the appropriate departments
  • Weigh and scan orders, pack goods to be shipped, generate appropriate paperwork & print shipping labels
  • Support coordination of International shipments; prepare commercial invoices, and other shipping documents following import / export guidelines and regulations for all international shipments
  • Support Monthly & Annual Precious Metal inventory reporting by ensuring all documents and logs are easily accessible and maintained
  • Support the Return to Vendor (RTV) process for defective or incorrect items, ensuring quick resolution and proper documentation
  • Provide cross functional support in other areas as needed such as quality, purchasing, and shipping/receiving
