In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Lead and implement sourcing initiatives that reduce total cost of ownership while improving lead times and supplier reliability. * Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support new product development, large projects, and ongoing operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities. * Collaborate with supply chain and operations partners to support make‑or‑buy decisions, insourcing and outsourcing initiatives, and product relocations. * Identify and qualify suppliers across regions, supporting localization and global sourcing strategies where appropriate. * Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness. * Support inventory and working capital improvement by partnering with supply chain teams to reduce lead times and improve flexibility. * Build and maintain effective contract management practices to ensure transparency, compliance, and value from the supplier base. * Contribute to global sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement programs aligned with Emerson standards and policies.   Who You Are: You consistently drive results, even in complex or fast‑changing environments, maintaining focus on priorities and outcomes.
