Work #LikeABosch Job Description Rapid management of complaint Lead contact to quality improvement of supplier manufacturing processes, products and purchases components Develop and maintain supplier delivery to production and customer Sustainable problem solving Effectively coordinate Supplier Quality Assurance activities Audit supplier, supplier development better quality by lean management Act as proficient technical resource to department for statistical techniques and tools Negotiate including to Charge back of defect cost to suppliers Creates and maintains the QM-system documentation Implements local QM-systems 14 Quality Principles basics control, FMEA walk, LPC activities (Layered Process Confirmation) and find opportunities of improvement for quality together with production PPAP release Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline Demonstrated skills / certification in systematic problem solving methodologies Process technical knowledge i.e. Plastic injection, turning process Understanding of IATF quality requirements and has the knowledge of main core tool IATF (AIAG, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan, APQP, SPC, MSA, etc.) Experience with APQP, PFMEA / Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, etc. Drawing, GD&T readable, understanding CAD models Ability to lead and/or work within cross functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP systems. Measuring machines usable, programmable, evaluations e.g. CMM, Contour M/C, Roughness M/C etc. Consult the measurement method to partner (Bosch internal and external suppliers), optimize the measuring designs Plans the measurement technique of new part releasing processes & incoming incoming inspection processes Can analyze the statistical data and fix the issue Can check of supplier-base to do onsite verification and evaluations Additional Information This role will be hired contract-based.
