In this role, you’ll take the lead in researching and sourcing supplies, comparing vendors, and finding the best prices to keep our classrooms and offices running smoothly. You’ll identify cost-saving opportunities, secure in-kind donations, and ensure that every order—from office essentials to classroom materials—arrives on time and in excellent condition. This position also provides front office support by answering phones, greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth, and assisting staff with administrative tasks. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential for maintaining accurate records, tracking budgets, managing purchase orders, and communicating effectively with staff. You’ll also organize and maintain an efficient stockroom, oversee deliveries, and help coordinate mail distribution and scheduling.
