Description

This position is responsible for facilitating the end-end sourcing process which includes reviewing the sourcing specifications, doing the preparatory groundwork for purchase / rental / repairing from external services / facilities providers and raise the Purchase Order (PO)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably a degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or Inventory Management.
  • Minimum 4 years’ work experience in the field of procurement management, inventory control or related position.
  • Strong administrative skills, including office management, record keeping and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Exceptional time-management and multitasking capabilities combined with organizational skills.
  • Must be meticulous & pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
