Job Description Supplier Management - strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management of external services and components Ensure cost competitiveness, service quality, risk mitigation and long‑term supplier partnerships Customer Management - act as a key interface between internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, finance, legal), our customers and external service providers Close collaboration with PUR organization Service-Level focus - ensure agreed service levels are delivered consistentlyTrusted partner to internal and external customers Qualifications Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience or academic degree in business administration, marketing or similar qualification Several years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement of services, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environment Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing processes Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills Structured, analytical, and proactive working style High level of ownership, reliability, and decision‑making capability Very good communication skills in an international environment Fluent English (written and spoken); additional language: German Confident use of procurement systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools Additional Information The well-being of our employees is important to us.
