Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Purchasing & Special Products Specialist to join our growing operations team. This role will support both procurement activities and special product initiatives, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely fulfillment, and collaboration across departments to maintain the highest standards in custom and specialty air filtration manufacturing.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environmentStrong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
