Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in IT and Software procurement to manage end-to-end purchasing activities. This role involves supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, market analysis, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS solutions, and services. Key Responsibilities Manage the full procurement cycle for IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS platforms, and maintenance agreements. Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders in compliance with company policies and budgets. Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic relationships with IT and software vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, licensing terms, SLAs, and renewal agreements. Monitor inventory levels and license usage to optimize costs and prevent shortages. Track orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery and implementation. Analyze market trends, pricing models, and supplier performance to support sourcing decisions. Collaborate closely with IT, finance, legal, and operations teams. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and software licensing regulations. Resolve complex procurement issues related to delays, quality, compliance, or vendor performance. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in IT & Software purchasing or procurement. Strong understanding of software licensing models (SaaS, perpetual, subscriptions). Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost-optimization skills. Advanced proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
