-Supporting the Purchasing Manager in ensuring timely and cost‑effective order fulfillment. -Managing the purchasing of materials and services within assigned scope. -Selecting and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, service support and reliability. -Negotiating prices and contractual conditions with suppliers. -Organizing and monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely material availability. -Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documentation for purchases, quotations, and contracts. -Keeping evidence of incoming materials and preparing documentation for the financial department. -Creating and maintaining a supplier and materials database. -Preparing supplier quotations and supporting negotiation processes with complete documentation. -Coordinating contract processing, signing, and ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. -Supporting the development and execution of purchasing and sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery, and service improvements. -Ensuring compliance with ISO procedures, updating purchasing documentation, and preparing materials for audits. -Communication with internal customers about the status of their requests. -Participating in business trips related to procurement activities. -Proposing process improvements and contributing to overall optimization of purchasing operations.   Your professional skills: -Fluent English (written and speak). -Fluent Hungarian (written and speak). -Ability to build effective relationships (win-win collaboration with long term perspective). -Adaptability – being flexible and open to Proactive approach by anticipating the needs of internal business partners -Reliability in terms of consistently following through on commitments -Ability to work in a team and individually -Computer Skills (SAP and Microsoft Office) -Results driven. -Good negotiation skills -Communication skills (diplomatic) -Contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement. -Collaborative and cross-functional with all other departments within the company. -Driving license. -Team player.
