We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist who wants to play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly and our builds moving forward. What You’ll Do Support and manage the procurement of materials, supplies, and services that keep our builds on schedule. Lead strategic purchasing initiatives focused on cost savings, supplier partnerships, and continuous improvement. Ensure all purchasing activities meet company standards and compliance requirements. Interpret purchasing specifications and work closely with internal teams to understand needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and great service. Issue, track, and adjust purchase orders to match production requirements. Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs to maintain healthy safety stock. Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports that help drive smart decisions. Track supplier performance and help strengthen our vendor evaluation program. Identify opportunities to streamline processes—especially around kitting, sequencing, and material flow. Jump in where needed to support the overall supply chain success of the company. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience. 3–5 years of purchasing, planning, or supply chain experience. Ability to interpret, analyze, and negotiate contracts. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. A collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach to work. Physical Demands & Work Environment Periods of standing, walking, or sitting. Occasional bending, climbing, kneeling, or lifting up to 50 lbs. Work near machinery and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
