• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• Inventory and Supply Planning
• Deep expertise in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and minimize production costs
• International procurement, sourcing, or product development
• Supplier negotiations on multiple levels of the relationship
• ERP/MRP Systems
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects
• Develop requirements and standards (e.g. procurement, shipping, etc.)
• Analyze, optimize, and oversee inventory procedures
• Commitment to uncovering the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
• Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
• Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
