Job Description * Continuously improve and manage vendors’ performance on quality and delivery to bring the best value to the company. * Manage ECO, new project RFQ/negotiation and implementation * Maintain the existing good supply bases. Always look out for new alternative suppliers with better quality/service and competitive price. * Based on the guidelines given by commodity manager, ensure best contract terms to fully protect the company’s interests. Required Skills/Abilities: • Demonstrate skills in manufacturing/engineering process, cost breakdown analysis. • CPM or CPSM is a plus. Familiar with ISO9001 system, quality tools application in project management, like FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc. • Working proactive and initiative, team-working attitude • Good reporting and presentation skills with sufficient material • With the CWA or IWE certificate Behavioral Competencies: • Good at building up and maintaining harmonious yet healthy relationships with other teams, departments and suppliers. • Works well under pressure, able to prioritize workload, and demonstrates bias for action • Demonstrated problems-solving skills with results-oriented, skillful working capabilities with achievements 关于 MANITOWOC COMPANY, INC.
