This internship in the Purchasing department is your opportunity to gain firsthand experience of how an international manufacturing company truly operates. At Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A., you will have the chance to develop concrete skills and work with advanced management systems, real data, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, highly technological environment. What you will do: Enter purchase orders and manage document workflows in SRM/ERP systems. Analyze processing costs and assess production-related financial statements. Support cost calculation for blocks and manage purchase requests (RdA) for packaging materials. Enter and request supplier certifications, and update the documentation system. Monitor supplier performance (OTD, non-conformity costs) and prepare analytical reports. Manage operational non-conformities (NC), including entry and analysis of reported issues. Support invoice verification and assist with daily activities within the purchasing team. What you will learn: How a modern purchasing department works inside a global manufacturing company. Practical use of ERP and SRM tools. The basics of supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and data reporting (advanced Excel). How to work effectively in a team, communicate efficiently, and handle cross-functional requests. Qualifications Ideal for you if: You are studying Economics, Statistics, or related fields. You have a good knowledge of Excel and strong digital skills. You speak English well (at least B2 level). You are detail-oriented, collaborative, curious, and results-driven.
