As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team and support our end-to-end supply chain operations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of demand planning experience; sourcing experience is an asset.
• Experience in the Natural Health Products manufacturing industry is preferred.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (required).

OTHER DUTIES

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations (GMP, CFIA) and internal SOPs.
• Support new product launches by sourcing and validating new materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
