Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: Coordinate activities involved with procuring goods and services such as raw materials, outside services, tools, parts and supplies for the organization performing the following duties. Essential Functions: Review and convert requisitions Responsible for internal & external supply chain Confer with vendors to obtain products or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. Ensure the Key Performance Indicators of Inventory are met Process Owner of Supply Chain Analytics module, manage inventory and to provide timely feedback to shop floor on discrepancies Set, monitor, and maintain appropriate safety stock levels Perform analysis as required to improve operational efficiency of Supply Chain Processes Develop supplier report cards, ranking system and supplier feedback and maintain on a continuous basis Represent the supply chain function in all external standard suppliers or customer audits Interface with accounting on invoice discrepancies Create & maintain Supply Chain Procedures Routinely negotiate pricing, supplier agreements/contracts and other legal documents Perform other duties as may be assigned or required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
