Description Pi-Cardia, a dynamic medical device startup specializing in cardiovascular innovations, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our Planning & Logistics team. The successful candidate will be handling purchase orders to local and international suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating with suppliers, finding alternate suppliers, synchronization of company demand Vs. suppliers capability, tracking supplies and measuring the suppliers, supply agreements with suppliers and strengthening the collaboration with the suppliers, and more. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to details, working under pressure and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Open and track purchase orders and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers. Identify and engage alternative suppliers. Track delivery schedules, update ERP systems, and implement cost-saving measures. Handle supply agreements with suppliers. Strengthening the collaboration with the suppliers. Measuring the suppliers performance and managing suppliers review processes. Verifying suppliers capabilities. Requirements Up to five years experience in Purchasing or similar role. Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry - an advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems (Priority – an advantage). Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Relevant degree. Proficiency in reading and understanding English. Highly organized and responsible. Highly motivated and hardworking worker with “fire in the eyes”.
