Description
For our Procurement team in the division of Electrical Safety Solutions we are looking for a new colleague for the position of PURCHASING SPECIALIST. Ensure continuity of production through supply of bought-out materials and subcontracted operations, according to the specified requirements (engineering and electro technical components, machining parts, raw materials, semi-finished goods, workpieces, surface treatment subcontracting, machining subcontracting etc.) Manage Q-C-D performance of assigned suppliers, negotiation of delivery conditions—prices, deadlines, quality Search for alternative suppliers Supervision of material flow, stock Close cooperation with planning, quality department and with strategic procurement Set up frame contracts, enter orders, handle complaints, claims and recovery plans Experience in operational purchasing in a production environment min. 2 to 3 years Secondary school/University education (technical field is an advantage) Fluent knowledge of Czech and communicative knowledge of English language is a must Understanding of technical drawing documentation Experience in negotiating with suppliers Knowledge of the ERP system (Oracle is an advantage) Reliability, diligence, flexibility, independence, stress resistance Communication talent, proactive personality, initiative, learning mindset Working knowledge of MS Office Very good analytical skills Eligible to work in the CZ Interesting job position in one of the leaders in rail transportation components Opportunity to learn and grow Financial compensation based on work results Professional training Flexible working hours Annual compensation, transport allowance, meal vouchers, pension plan contribution 5 weeks of vacation and other….
