Hiring: Procurement Officer / Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Procurement professional to manage purchasing and procurement activities for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors

• Obtain and negotiate quotations and commercial terms

• Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation

• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site schedules

• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and lead times

• Coordinate with project, design, and accounts teams

• Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UAE experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out/construction

• Strong knowledge of construction and fit-out materials

• Good supplier network in the UAE

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems

• UAE driving license is an advantage
