We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to support our purchasing and inventory operations. Job Summary The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier coordination, invoice tracking, stock monitoring, and product updates on Shopify. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities -Record and track supplier invoices accurately and ensure timely system entry. -Monitor product stock levels and execute replenishment (refill) processes when needed. -Communicate with suppliers and merchants to place product orders and follow up on deliveries. -Continuously update product pricing on the Shopify platform. -Add new products to the website and review product information to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Coordinate with the operations team regarding orders dispatched with the private delivery representative. -Conduct market research to identify and source new products for future addition to the platform. Requirements -1–3 years of experience in customer service, or in purchasing, procurement, or e-commerce operations (preferred). -Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus. -Strong organizational and follow-up skills. -Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers. -High attention to detail and accuracy. -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
