REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the purchasing team.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Source new suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure timely procurement of products and materials as per operational needs.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate their performance regularly.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement procedures.
  • Assist in annual budgeting and cost control initiatives.
