Responsible for coordinating and managing the purchasing activities of the hotel to ensure that the establishment is fully stocked with necessary goods and services. A little taste of your day-to-day: * Coordinate the purchasing of all resort supplies, including food and beverage, cleaning products, linens, guest amenities, office supplies, maintenance materials, and equipment * Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers * Source and evaluate potential new suppliers based on quality, cost, and service * Place orders, track delivery, and ensure goods are received in good condition * Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions What We need from you: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service * A focused individual with passion, personality, individuality, integrity, creativity and drive for continuous improvement What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
