Your responsibilities:

Purchasing & Supplier Management

· Lead the purchasing function while actively contributing to daily operations, including purchase order placement in SAP and follow-up delivery schedule.

· Manage supplier relationships in close collaboration with the Product Management team

· Coordinate and maintain supplier-related documentation and ensure compliance with applicable customers, industry, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PPAP, PSW, RoHS, PPWR)

· Oversee Product Change Notification (PCN) management in line with global processes and systems

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

· Identify risks related to stock shortages or excess inventory

· Manage inventory levels, safety stock and buffer stock strategies based on customer demand forecasts

· Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction

· Oversee logistics operations, including freight forwarders, carriers and third-party warehouses

Systems & Process Management

· Operate and enhance ERP and supply chain systems (SAP, SCM tools and supplier portals) while supporting digitalization initiatives

· Administer supplier-specific platforms and tools (e.g. Infineon IDIS and Renesas Rainbow)

· Coordinate EDI integrations and manage supplier-specific platforms
