How you’ll make a difference Lead end-to-end proposal development to ensure submissions are compliant, client-focused and aligned to win strategies. Partner with Capture Managers and technical experts to shape value propositions and strengthen competitive positioning. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage bid schedules, reviews and deadlines to ensure high-quality delivery. Drive continuous improvement across pursuit processes. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure within tight timeframes. High level of organisation, attention to detail and effective use of tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe and CRM systems. Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to value proposition development and differentiate submissions in competitive markets. Demonstrated experience in bid management and proposal coordination within engineering, consultancy, construction or professional services environments.
