Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Menyelesaikan bantuan teknikal melibatkan lesen Microsoft M365 A1 Langganan perisian Microsoft Untuk Keperluan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran (PdP) di Sekolah-Sekolah Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) bagi 60,000 lesen. Perkhidmatan sewaan komputer riba mesra alam yang memenuhi keperluan hijau secara sewa milik (lease to own) untuk keperluan Guru di Sekolah dan Institusi Pendidikan Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) bagi 50,000 lesen. Perolehan perisian Microsoft untuk keperluan Pengurusan dan Pentadbiran (PdT) di Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) bagi 18,000 lesen. 2. Menyelesaikan aduan tiket di Sistem Meja Bantuan melibatkan Lesen Microsoft M365 A3 Membantu pelaksanaan projek Langganan Lesen Microsoft M365 A3 Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia Membantu melaksanakan bantuan teknikal bagi 30,000 lesen pengguna di Portal M365 3. Melaksanakan 5 bantuan teknikal iaitu kerja-kerja instalasi perisian dan agihan lesen melibatkan aduan tiket sebulan Melakukan semakan pengguna tidak aktif pada lesen Power Bi Pro. Memberi sokongan teknikal kepada PTIS bagi Kedah, Melaka dan Sarawak berkaitan makmal sekolah (Pdp) dan PdT. Memberi bimbingan kepada MyStep baru berkaitan tugasan team UPT PDT 4. Melaksanakan lain-lain tugas yang diberikan dari semasa ke semasa 5. Perubahan tertakluk pada skop tugas dan fungsi Unit Pengurusan Teknikal PdT Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Fresh Graduates (Priority) Bachelor's Degree in any fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills. Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines. Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require.
Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and license management for Microsoft M365 subscriptions across various Ministry of Education schools and institutions. Handle help desk tickets, perform software installations, and provide technical support for school labs and administrative units.
