ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a joiner, carpenter, or bench joiner in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Proven experience working with PVC and/or aluminium window and door systems.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and use of relevant tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Good level of spoken and written English (to meet Skilled Worker visa requirements).
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install PVC components according to technical specifications and production drawings.
• Use a range of joinery tools and machinery, including saws, routers, drills, and jigs, to fabricate frames and units.
• Fit hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, and gaskets to windows and doors with precision and accuracy.
• Carry out quality checks on all products to ensure high standards are met.
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions, complying with all health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues in production to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
• Interpret cutting lists, technical drawings, and fabrication schedules.
