Requirements Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM Thursday, 4am -10am Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing and walking. Frequent reaching and bending Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to lift, carry, push, move and/or pull up to 75 pounds Responsibilities Ability to correctly identify material while maintaining records and traceability. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, machining instructions, and written and verbal instructions to execute work orders. Use solvents for cleaning and bonding plastic parts in a safe manner. Fits and assembles parts and attaches hardware and fittings using clamps, fixtures, power tools, and fasteners. Performs typical machine shop operations to support the production and fabrication of our PVC sheets. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Must be able to operate with minimal supervision once trained by following work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Wear proper safety equipment and always comply with company safety rules. Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, neat and tidy. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to work both as an individual and in a team environment. Responsibilities

The technician is responsible for interpreting blueprints and work orders to assemble PVC parts using various tools and solvents. They must also maintain equipment, ensure workplace safety, and accurately track materials throughout the production process.
