Description
Lead VHM4-IPTSE (ICE Propulsion and Thermal systems ) Sub-system Variability Reduction Team (VRT). Analyze Internal (Plant) and External Customer quality data 0-3MIS (Warranty, GQRS, JD Powers, Drive, etc) to determine where to focus the IPTSE Teams to implement fixes ( Design, Supplier Quality, Supplier Design , Plant Process) for Responsible of Subsystem. And Interface with PVT in other T6 Plants (GVRT) to coordinate Quality Investigations and replication Improvement. Manage Engineering Change (OPD, SREA) Introduction and Functional Build in FTM for Responsible Powertrain Subsystem. Support Functional Quality Review (FQR), Vehicle Quality Reviews (VQR), Global Vehicle Quality Reviews (GVQR) and other Quality Review for Responsible Powertrain Subsystem Related.
Responsibilities
Lead the Variability Reduction Team for ICE Propulsion and Thermal systems, analyzing quality data to implement necessary fixes. Manage engineering changes and support various quality reviews related to the powertrain subsystem.
