Job Description & Summary 【工作內容】 1.Web應用系統開發與維護（企業內部系統、B2B/B2C） 2.後端程式開發、API串接與資料庫操作 3.依需求文件完成系統功能實作、測試與除錯 4.依專案需求參與報表開發與資料處理（如查詢報表、資料彙整、單據） 5.協助進行系統功能調整、問題排查與日常維運【工作技能】 1.具備Java/Python基礎程式能力 2.了解基本Web概念（HTTP、前後端分工、API） 3.了解關聯式資料庫基本操作（如 MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle） 4.對軟體系統開發有興趣 5.工作態度認真負責【加分條件】 1.保險核心系統相關模組開發經驗 2.報表相關開發經驗（如JasperReports、Excel/CSV匯出等） 3.使用過Docker或K8S技術。 4.具備CI/CD、DevOps基本概念 5.使用過Spring/Spring Boot相關框架 6.實作過生成式AI（如 LLM、API整合、RAG）相關應用 Are you ready to make a difference?
