Find out more and tell us how we can support your upskilling journey by visiting us at https://www.pwcacademy-me.com/  Risk & Compliance Support  As a Senior Associate, you'll work closely with the Operations Head to lead all compliance matters  Legal   To act as a point of contact for Academy and liaise with central Risk and Quality team and Office of General Counsel on all contractual matters relating to Academy. This will include supporting all client, partnerships, vendor and SME contractual matters.  Possess a critical mindset and support on all contractual reviews, with an ability to highlight key risks to the reporting manager, suggest mitigations, hold negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.   Track and manage all incoming requests in a timely manner and maintain updated Contractual repositories.  Compliance  Own and lead all matters related to PwC compliance. This will include but not limited to  Engagement Compliance and Monitoring: Support the reporting manager to track and monitor compliance across all engagement documentation, liaise with engagement teams and leaders to have these reviewed & signed off. Provide SLT with monthly status updates.  R&Q Systems and JBR compliance: To support in monitoring compliance across business critical matters of SME and Vendor clearances such as joint business relationships. Highlight areas of process improvements and aim for full compliance.  Audits: Support RM implementing and conducting internal audits as well as support in completing any statutory audit requirements.  Training: Support in staff training through preparing risk and compliance related training decks, reports and comms.  Technical Support  Proactively support RM in creating compliance related dashboards [Power BI] and engagement workspaces  Be very comfortable with MS office [preparing reports/presentations/process maps etc.]  Key Skills:  Compliance/audit background  Highly analytical, possess critical mindset  Excellent at managing relationships and working X-function or X-los
