As a customer consulting generalist at PwC, you will join other individuals who possess a broad range of skills and experience in customer consulting. You will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across different customer-related areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies to enhance their customer experience, drive business growth, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Associate, you wil l lead a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues across the lifecycle of capital and infrastructure projects . PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in E conomics , Finance, Business, Engineering or related field
  • Master’s degree in business or finance related field is a plus .
  • Professional qualifications like CFA (added advantage), ICAN/ACCA (required), PMP certification (required) etc.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience in infrastructure advisory, consulting, or related fields .
