Description
Develop presentations for PWM leadership for both internal and external utilization Manage existing and new vendor relationships, including budgeting, billing and technology requirements Support content creation efforts, including liaising with internal partners to enhance training needs of organization Coordinate and manage legal, risk and compliance process for PWM business Manage operational support of new billing constructions and execution Develop pipeline of strategic projects and requests from the field Support relationships with outside asset management partners, including prioritizing and organizing content Facilitate strategic guidance for in-bound FA, PWA and Support Professional inquiries Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience, with financial industry or related experience preferred B.A. required, other industry designations and licensing preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills - analyst will have interaction with Private Wealth Advisors and internal partners Good verbal and written communication skills Understanding of global financial markets Competence with basic investment firm utilized software programs (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word) A demonstrated commitment to both partnership and teamwork, and initiative to proactively address challenges as they arise Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
