QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent at a minimum
  • 10+ years’ experience, Private Wealth Management/Wealth Management experience with a major firm
  • Demonstrated ability to work across groups, using an influence-based model
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, demonstrated ability to learn new content; externally grounded in market trends, competitive events
  • Courage to disagree; confidence to develop and defend strategic perspectives; maturity to accept alternative decisions
  • Capable of articulating compelling strategies and motivating direct reports as well as indirect reports; with an ability to balance listening and advocacy to achieve desired strategic goals
  • Effectively combines business acumen, sound decision-making, and a bias for action
  • Capable of motivating and managing organizations or teams to deliver desired results

This role may be based out of any of the Private Wealth Management offices.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
