WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Champion the analytics and insights strategy for PWM Communications, and partner closely with internal teams to align data initiatives and communication goals.
• Build and maintain tracking systems that guide communication decisions.
• Analyze performance metrics and share actionable insights.
• Gather feedback through surveys, calls, and focus groups to drive continuous improvement.
• Support content scheduling, editing, and publishing – across intranet and live events.
• Manage a master communications calendar to optimize flow and alignment.
• Create tools and templates that streamline collaboration across teams.
• Develop project trackers and help the team meet key deadlines.
