Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals, offering tailored solutions that drive measurable impact. Collaborate with pricing teams to establish competitive pricing strategies based on market research and customer feedback. Identify new customer value opportunities and expand existing ones through upselling and cross-selling in partnership with account managers. Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities. Partner with internal stakeholders (marketing, product development, finance, legal) to ensure seamless solution delivery and compliance with contractual requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Act upon client feedback in collaboration with internal teams to improve product and service quality. Collaborate with training teams to develop sales training materials and programs, ensuring junior team members are well-equipped with the latest skills and knowledge. Stay ahead of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic edge. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Typically has 10+ years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, or enterprise account management, preferably in industrial printing or manufacturing technology. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, value-based selling, and customer-centric engagement. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and performance metrics. Demonstrated success in growing mid-to-large accounts and driving contract renewals.
