Job Description: PYP Experienced Home Room Teacher Position: PYP Home Room Teacher Location: Panipat Board: IB (PYP) Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Home Room Teacher for PYP classes, ensuring holistic development of students Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons as per the IB PYP framework Foster students’ academic, social, emotional, and personal growth Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Assess student progress and maintain academic records Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and school leadership Eligibility & Skills: Graduate with B.Ed (Mandatory) IB PYP training and prior PYP experience is essential Strong communication skills in English Student-centric, reflective, and collaborative teaching approach Passionate, patient, and empathetic towards young learners Other Details: Salary: Negotiable for deserving candidates Benefits: Accommodation will be provided for outstation candidates School Timings: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Winter Timings) Interview Mode: Online and Offline Interview Rounds: 2 Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Additional Information: Gender: Male / Female candidates may apply Religion: No bar
