Job Summary: As a Data Operations Associate in Complex Product, you play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to uncover patterns and drive solutions. You apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills across multiple applications, supporting the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards. You enable Operations Management to execute strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with controls, policies, and procedures. In this role, you collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver insights that inform decision making.
