This role involves close collaboration with product and operations teams to take features from concept to production in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django. Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs for delivery, order management, and tracking systems. Integrate third-party services such as maps, payment gateways, and notification systems. Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure high performance, reliability, and responsiveness of backend systems. Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Django. Strong understanding of REST APIs, ORM frameworks, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments. Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for logistics and operational workflows. Solid knowledge of data structures, debugging, and performance optimization. Good to Have Prior experience in Supply Chain, Hyperlocal Delivery, or Logistics Technology. Experience with greenfield development or early-stage products. Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, or cloud-based deployments.
